  • Data Sharing We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with: Payment processors, Technology providers Legal authorities when required by law 

Data Security : 

  • Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect member information. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.

  • Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1.  1-Day Challenge 

  • Price: ₹1, Refund: No refund after enrollment, Reason: Digital access is provided immediately.

2. 6-Month Membership

  • Refund: Non-refundable after activation & Members may choose not to renew the following months.

3. Annual Membership

  • Refund: Non-refundable, Exceptions: Serious medical condition, Permanent disability, Death of member, Supporting documentation may be required. 

4. Transformation Program

  • Refund requests submitted within 3 days of purchase and before attending any live session may be considered, After program access has commenced: No refunds, This policy should be clearly disclosed before purchase to avoid disputes.

5. Payment Gateway Errors

  • Duplicate transactions or technical payment failures will be refunded after verification.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By enrolling in any Dance2Fit Academy program, challenge, membership, workshop, or transformation program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility: 

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants below 18 years require parental or guardian consent. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in fitness activities.

3. Health Disclaimer: 

  • Dance2Fit Academy provides dance fitness and wellness guidance only. We do not provide: Medical advice Physiotherapy services Clinical nutrition advice Medical diagnosis Participants are advised to consult a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise program.

4. Membership Access:

  • Membership access begins immediately upon successful payment. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. 

5. Program Changes: 

  •  Dance2Fit Academy reserves the right to Change trainers Modify schedules Add or remove sessions Update program content without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability: 

  • Participants voluntarily participate in all activities.Dance2Fit Academy shall not be liable for: Injuries Medical conditions Loss of income Technical interruptions Internet connectivity issues arising from participation. 

7. Intellectual Property: 

  • All: Videos, Training material, PDFs, Recordings, Program content remain the intellectual property of Dance2Fit Academy. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

8. Termination: 

  • Dance2Fit Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if a participant violates academy policies. 

MEMBERSHIP RULES

Membership Validity : Membership begins from the date of activation & Unused classes do not roll over.

Non-Transferability : Memberships cannot be transferred to another person. 

Attendance : Members are responsible for attending scheduled classes & Missed classes are not refundable.

Recording Access : Recording availability is subject to the member's plan & Dance2Fit Academy may remove recordings at any time.

Membership Freeze : Membership freezing is available only for. Hospitalization, Pregnancy complications, Medical emergencies with supporting documents. Maximum freeze period: 30 days per year. 

Annual Plan Benefits : Annual members receive: Priority access, Special challenges, Member-only events, Benefits may be updated periodically.
